Yes. However, we are an Out-of-Network Provider (OON) and Out-of-Pocket (OOP) company. This means that you, as the patient, pay upfront, and we provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit claims for reimbursement. Due to restrictions from health insurance plans, we have chosen to focus on full comprehensive and one on one physical therapy care through OON & OOP services. Stay posted as we are working on accepting health insurance plans in-network eventually. Medicare/Medicaid is not accepted.
We suggest you check with your insurance provider that they cover out-of-network physical therapy. Please email us at hello@inspirapt.com for an Out-of-Network Questionnaire.
Payment is due 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Physical Therapy services may be eligible for out of network coverage from your insurance company. It is the patient's responsibility to know your insurance coverage options and to submit documentation for reimbursement. Your Physical Therapist will provide you with a superbill (billing receipt) upon request. This can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have Out-of-Network benefits for Physical Therapy. Please let your Physical Therapist know if you would like to receive a superbill.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes made before 24 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for a full credit. Late cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the booking time are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a credit or refund. Please arrive early for a smooth check-in experience. In the case of a no-show or lateness to an In-Person appointment, your instructor will wait 15 minutes for your arrival. All no-shows and late arrivals of over 15 minutes will be considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a credit or refund. All time lost due to late arrivals will be forfeited.
