Navigating health insurance and managing payments can be a challenging and confusing task. At Inspira Physical Therapy, we understand the complexities involved and have developed a streamlined approach to make health insurance and payments much easier for our valued patients.

Transparent, Affordable Prices with Upfront Out-of-Pocket Cost Estimates

We believe in providing our patients with complete transparency when it comes to pricing. No more unexpected bills or hidden charges. With Inspira Physical Therapy, you can rest assured knowing that you’ll receive the exact upfront out-of-pocket cost estimates for your healthcare services. This allows you to plan your finances accordingly and make informed decisions about your care.

No Surprise Bills – Clear Communication of Costs

One of the biggest concerns for individuals seeking medical care is the fear of receiving surprise bills after treatment. At Inspira Physical Therapy, we prioritize open communication. We will inform you upfront about the cost of your care at the time of service. This way, you can be fully aware of what you owe, eliminating any unexpected financial shocks down the line.

Understanding In-Network vs. Out-of-Network

In-network refers to services provided by healthcare professionals who have a contract with your insurance provider. These services typically come with predetermined fees, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket limits. Out-of-network care, on the other hand, involves services provided by healthcare professionals who are not contracted with your insurance provider. In such cases, the coverage and reimbursement rates may vary.

At Inspira Physical Therapy & Pilates

We are out-of-network with all insurance providers, and Medicare is not accepted. For the first 10 visits or within 30 days of the first Physical Therapy treatment, patients do not need a prescription. After 10 visits or 30 days, whichever comes first, a prescription is required for physical therapy.

While in-network physical therapy might appear more cost-effective per visit, opting for extended 1-on-1 sessions with out-of-network providers enables focused treatment, comprehensive education, and accelerated recovery. This approach necessitates fewer overall appointments to balance the higher per-visit expenses. Investing in dedicated expertise expedites the healing process.
