Education

Dr. Noha Elsadek is a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic pain management, scoliosis treatment, and women’s pelvic health. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with honors from the Faculty of Physical Therapy at Cairo University.

Career

Throughout her career, Noha has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation centers, serving in both senior and lead therapist roles. She has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, spinal conditions, scoliosis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. She is trained in conservative scoliosis management and develops individualized treatment programs focused on postural correction, spinal stabilization, breathing mechanics, and functional movement to help patients improve alignment, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Driven by a passion for women’s health and pelvic rehabilitation, Noha completed advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and earned the prestigious Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC).  the evaluation and treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel dysfunction, and pregnancy- and postpartum-related conditions.

Noha is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. She empowers her patients through education, movement, and individualized rehabilitation strategies to help them achieve their functional goals, optimize their health, and improve their overall well-being.
