For private and semi-private sessions, we required 24 hours notice. For group classes, we require 12 hours notice.
We recommend about 3 beginner classes before taking an open level class. Everyone is different however so check in with your teacher about next steps as well.

We recommend a private session to help lay the foundation for group classes if you have never been on Pilates equipment before and/or if you have a history of chronic pain. We also have 2 beginner classes a week and we suggest taking 3 beginner classes before an open level class.
