We accept Medicare and require a prescription at the time of your first visit. For out-of-network insurance providers, we can assist with submitting claims for reimbursement. The first 10 visits or within 30 days of the first Physical Therapy treatment, out-of-network patients do not need a prescription. After 10 visits or 30 days, whichever comes first, a prescription is required. A good faith estimate is available upon request for patients who don’t plan on submitting for out-of-network reimbursement.
